Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data prettyx (“we”) collects through prettyx, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details (if you sign up): name, email, phone (optional), password (stored only as a secure hash) and your email-marketing preference.
• Purchase details: name, email and phone you enter at checkout, the amount, and payment information Razorpay shares with us — payment method, bank or wallet name, UPI ID, card network and last 4 digits. We never receive your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Card content: names, dates, messages, photos and music you add. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which removes hidden location data.
• Support messages you send through the contact page.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type when you create a card, pay or sign up (to prevent fraud), and how many times a card is viewed.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to keep you logged in, to remember the cards you created on this device (edit access), and to remember that a recipient has entered a card's passcode. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your data

• To create, host and deliver your card, and to process payments and refunds.
• To provide support and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send offers and occasion reminders — only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime from your profile page or the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run prettyx: Razorpay (payments), our hosting and database providers, and our file storage provider. Anyone you give your card link to can see that card.

Privacy of cards

Card links are long and random, card pages ask search engines not to list them, and you can add a passcode. Please share your link only with people you trust.

How long we keep it

Cards and their content are kept for as long as the card is live. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your account or a card at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing beprettyx001@gmail.com. Grievance officer: [Name], beprettyx001@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

prettyx is not intended for children under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement.
