Shipping & Delivery Policy

prettyx sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

How your card is delivered

• As soon as your payment succeeds, your card goes live and you are shown its share link, a downloadable QR code and your edit access.
• If you are signed in, the card also appears under “My cards” in your account.
• Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases payment confirmation can take a few minutes.

Didn't get your card?

If your payment went through but you did not see your link within 30 minutes, contact us through our contact page or at beprettyx001@gmail.com with the email used at checkout, and we will sort it out.
