Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of prettyx (the “Service”), operated by prettyx, [Your registered business address] (“we”, “us”). By creating a card, an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. The Service

prettyx lets you create a personalised digital card (“mini website”) with text, photos and music, and share it through a unique link and QR code. Cards are activated after successful payment.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18, or use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Your private edit link works like a password: anyone who has it can edit your card.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the text, photos and music you upload.
• You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the Service to you and the people you share the link with.
• You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos of other people and any music.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, infringes someone else's rights, or impersonates another person. We may disable cards that break these rules, without refund.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. Discounts (including the sign-up discount) apply once per account and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Delivery & “lifetime” access

Your card link and QR code are delivered on screen immediately after payment (see our Delivery Policy). “Lifetime” means your card stays online for as long as prettyx operates. If we ever plan to shut down the Service, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email to registered users.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. A refunded card is disabled.

7. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a card is limited to the amount you paid for that card.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
